Shannon Yin

Shannon serves as a Partner in the firm’s Technology and Business & Professional Services Practices and is based in the firm’s Beijing office. She also serves as APAC Talent Acquisition Head.

Shannon has worked with Chinese local clients and global multinational corporations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, where she placed executives in various functions and industries, especially in the internet technology and fintech areas.

Prior to joining DHR, Shannon was a member of the Global Technology and CEO & Board Practices at a leading global executive search firm. Before her career in executive search, she worked as an Organizational Consultant in the U.S., a researcher in UNESCO in France and a core member of a startup in China.

Shannon holds a Master of Philosophy in Organizational Dynamics and a Master of Education from the University of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in Chinese and English and has conversational proficiency in French.
