MaryBeth has dedicated her career to providing exceptional, high-touch consulting while building high-performing leadership teams within health systems and medical groups. She supports her clients’ successful hiring and retention strategies by leveraging an analytic approach to sourcing and vetting and designing competitive employment offers.

Prior to joining DHR, MaryBeth served as the Clinical Sector Leader for a global executive search firm, focusing on clinical roles in nursing, physicians and allied health. Her executive search career began with Providence Health & Services, where she skillfully recruited hundreds of physicians, physician executives and administrative leaders serving 5 states and 34 medical centers.

MaryBeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Western Oregon University. Training at the renowned Stanford University Sleep Center, she launched her career as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and Australian Labradoodle, and often visits their four adult children across the west coast of the U.S.
