Albert Sim (沈健雄)

Albert Sim is Partner of DHR and is based in Singapore. He provides services to customers mainly in industrial and advanced technologies covering chemicals, agriculture, food ingredients, grid infrastructure, utilities, building technologies, data storage, digital/IOT and manufacturing.

Albert began his career in executive search consulting in 2011. Prior to that he worked in senior management roles with renowned companies such as ABB, Siemens, Seagate and Nippon Paint. He was previously SVP HR of the Nippon Paint Group, and VPHR of Maxtor (Seagate). He has established a solid network of people in the Asia Pacific regional markets.

Albert is a Singaporean of ethnic Chinese origin. He graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Master of Education. He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hull, and a Diploma in Translation (Chinese/English) from Nanjing University. He speaks and writes fluent English and Chinese. He has written articles for LianHeZaoBao（联合早报), ST Forum and LinkedIn.
