Renato has completed numerous searches in the fields of data & analytics, digital transformation, engineering, robotics, industrial sensors and connected vehicles. He has recruited talent for commercial, go-to-market, operations, HR and IT leadership roles. Renato also does work for nonprofit cultural, educational, environmental and social impact institutions.
During his 20-plus years in retained search working with multiple global executive search firms, Renato has established the recruitment of diverse slates of candidates as his baseline and has been successful in recruiting underrepresented minority talent for his clients. Renato holds a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
