Jeff is a Partner in the Industrial Practice Group, focusing on energy, mining, construction, renewables and cleantech. He has a strong background within the industrial and energy sectors and is dedicated on building relationships with clients and sourcing top talent for their executive teams. He successfully fills C-level, Vice Presidents, General Managers and Director level positions.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Jeff served as Principal at a privately held executive search firm where he led searches for senior-level management professionals throughout Canada. His areas of expertise are recruiting top senior talent across corporate services and operations within oil and gas, mining, industrial and construction, as well as non-profit. Jeff is known as a leader and mentor and has been involved in coaching minor hockey after completing a successful major junior, university and professional hockey career.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, a Master of Science degree in International Business from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation and a Certificate in Risk Management from York University.
