David serves as a Partner advising clients in private equity and industrial manufacturing. His focus is executive search and talent advisory, including succession and coaching.
David has deep experience helping growth- and change-centric companies find, assess and develop executive talent from outside and inside their firms. He has led many prominent executive search and talent projects with notable companies ranging from Global 100 corporations to private and family-held enterprises.
Prior to his career in executive search, David was with a leading global talent advisory firm for 10 years as a Talent Consultant and regional leader in their talent advisory business based in their Dallas and Houston offices. He also worked for ExcellerateHRO, the human resources outsourcing business of EDS and Towers Perrin.
Before his career in human capital, David worked at CoreLogic, a fintech company, in roles including marketing, data analytics and client management. He started his career in broadcast media and corporate communications.
