Harry Danz III

Partner

Harry serves as Partner in the Financial Services Practice Group in the firm’s Indianapolis office. Bringing over 30 years of experience, he has strong expertise in placing emerging leader-level candidates in accounting and finance roles across all industries.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Harry co-founded a boutique search and advisory firm that helped small to mid-market companies solve talent-related business problems. His firm also worked with mid-to-senior career individuals who need guidance through their career search. He also served as Vice President of Recruitment at the world’s largest fractional VP of Sales consulting firm.  Harry started his career as an accountant at Arthur Andersen.

Harry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University. Heavily involved in his community, he is part of 100 Men Who Cook, raising funds for various NFP organizations. Harry is also a Dean’s Council Member at the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI and a Board Member for the Junior Achievement of Central Indiana.
