To help clients make these decisions with confidence, he dives deep into research of the candidate pool, assesses behavioral patterns and conducts in-depth 360-degree interviews with the management, colleagues and direct reports of the candidate. He was recruited to Jobplex to help grow the business, with focus on advanced technology, industrial, financial and marketing leaders.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael led searches for his own boutique search firm, which he founded in 1986. Throughout his career, he has completed over 275 searches, servicing mid-cap, private equity, ESOP, hi-tech and Fortune 500 public companies. He has completed searches within many industries and roles, but his specialty is finding IT leaders across all areas of the enterprise and IT functions. He has received industry recognition for his work in the technology area and has been a panelist and invited speaker at technology industry conferences and forums.
