Managing Partner, Commercial Growth Practice

Christine serves as Managing Partner of the firm’s newly developed Commercial Growth Practice and as a leader of the Private Equity, Family Office and Consumer Practice Groups.

Christine’s extensive marketing and brand management experience within both public and private equity-owned businesses allows her to provide practical insight for her clients. She has a passion for assessing talent and creating uniquely consultative, long-term relationships with candidates and clients. She leads assignments across growth-oriented, C-level roles as well as Presidents, General Managers and leaders of commercial functions (such as Digital, Marketing, eCommerce, Sales and Strategy).

Prior to joining DHR, Christine worked in brand and general management for Procter & Gamble in both North and Latin America, in senior marketing roles within a consumer portfolio of a large, well-known private equity firm and in a leadership role in a growth-oriented strategy consulting firm that served private equity and Fortune 500 clients. Working with multi-generational families and their operating entities, she has delivered advice as they are considering asset allocation, new investing platforms and direct investing.

Christine earned her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and her Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University. She is involved in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club and has held advisory roles for Harvard Business School, the Clean Energy Trust, Arzu (relief for Afghan women) and Rainbo Sports.
