Colin Richardson

Associate Partner

Colin serves as a Associate Partner with DHR Global and also leads Jobplex search engagements across Canada. As a member of both firms Industrial Practice Groups, Colin brings nearly 10 years of retained search experience across a variety of sectors including energy, financial services, technology, agribusiness, and education.

Dedicated to helping organizations solve complex talent and hiring challenges, Colin has a successful track record of completing assignments from emerging leaders to C-suite and Board Directors in a full array of functional capacities. He brings a strong client service orientation and throughout his career has demonstrated his ability to identify, attract, and deliver the highest quality candidates.

Colin previously served as a Senior Associate with BluEra until the firm was acquired by DHR in 2016. Prior to his career in human capital, Colin worked in corporate sales and successfully operated a small business while attending University in Victoria, British Columbia.

Colin lives in Calgary with his wife, two young children and their English Bulldog. He is active in the community and is currently the Board Chair of the Calgary Society for Healthy Child Development, a local not-for-profit that provides services to at risk children and their families.
