Wendy serves as Managing Partner in the Advanced Technology Practice Group based in the firm’s Denver office. Demonstrating a culture-first approach, Wendy brings over two decades of experience building out executive teams and placing emerging leaders.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Wendy served as Client Partner at a boutique search firm, focused on C-suite and emerging leadership placements for venture-backed scale-ups within climate tech, con-tech, insure-tech and SaaS.

Wendy is also a 3x Founder, former Head of People and Startup Investor. The retained executive search firm she built over the past two decades is now part of DHR Global/Jobplex.
