Diane has 30 years of executive search experience working with leaders of transformation and business growth. As a member of DHR’s Board/CEO, Life Sciences, Healthcare Innovation, and Advanced Technology practices, she brings deep domain working with innovative businesses and market sector leaders. Diane’s Socratic approach gets at the core of understanding clients’ unique dynamics within their business and market. Her longevity of identifying successful leaders includes talent hired into global entities as Board Directors, CEOs, CFOs, Presidents/COOs, and functional VPs or C-Level executives. Diane’s clients are market leaders in software & technology, healthcare software, medtech, life sciences, healthcare services, and business services.

As a former CEO, Diane knows how important the CEO’s team is. Her extensive experience also encompasses recruiting executives leading functional areas, including marketing, product management, IT, investor relations, sales, strategic alliances, channel management, business development, corporate development, market development, human resources, professional services, operations, supply chain, regulatory affairs, quality, and finance. Diane has conducted more than 1,500 searches and interviewed thousands of executives throughout her decades in executive search. Her unswerving focus on developing long-term relationships speaks to the fact that more than 90% of her work is with existing and repeat relationships.

Diane is a current Board Member of Cape Cod Healthcare, a nationally recognized community healthcare system; Board Trustee of the Brain Science Foundation, a seed-funding organization aligned with Brigham & Women’s Hospital; member of the Executive Committee of Boston College Technology Council; and active leader on Council for Women of Boston College. She is former founding director of WEST (Women Entrepreneurs in Science & Technology) and was on Overseer’s Board of Boston Children’s Museum. Diane is a proud graduate of Boston College with a BS degree, and integrity values of a Jesuit education are deep in her practices.
