She is a trusted and sought-after partner, counseling her clients not only on their executive search needs, but all levels of talent strategy.
Prior to joining DHR, Susan co-founded her own executive search firm alongside Managing Partner Tricia Logan. Together, they ran a successful boutique consultancy supporting brands in the fashion industry for close to a decade. Earlier in her career, she created and led the in-house executive recruitment office for the Gap, Inc. family of brands where she hired and counseled creative talent for merchandising, design and marketing leadership teams. Her career began in merchandising at Macy’s.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Retailing from Syracuse University.
