An experienced professional, Pratibha specializes in attracting high-caliber talent to lead industrial and manufacturing companies.

Pratibha began her career with a global bank as a Relationship Manager for the Wealth Management team before transitioning to executive search. Prior to joining DHR Global, Pratibha served as a Principal Consultant at an Indian boutique search firm. She was responsible for engaging and leading all searches within the automotive, packaging, and engineering space.

Pratibha holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MBA in Finance & Marketing. She enjoys travelling, music, movies and dancing and resides in Mumbai along with her spouse and two children.
