Maggie serves as Partner in the Board and CEO Practice Group, based out of the firm’s Shanghai office. With over 20 years of professional experience, Maggie focuses on various industries, including industrial, consumer and retail, financial services, supply chain, healthcare, and technology, media, and telecommunications.

Maggie has expertise in strategic planning and execution, mergers and acquisitions, financial management, digitalization, business transformation, organizational efficiency, and strategic talent resources management.

Prior to joining DHR, Maggie served as Vice President, Strategy, BD, Business Transformation at Herbalife. Before that, she was the Head of Corporate Strategy at SF Express where she completed its IPO and global expansion into five continents, with involvement in the company’s organizational capability update and talent management. Maggie also served as Vice President, Strategy and BD at Schneider Electric.

Maggie earned her Master of Business Administration in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Master of Arts in accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics
