Tobias Rummeleit

Partner

Based in Munich, Tobias serves as a Partner in the firm’s Industrial Practice in Europe. His focus is primarily on renewable energy, material sciences, automotive and manufacturing systems engineering.

Tobias has worked extensively in executive search in the industrial sector with a focus on family-owned/privately held enterprises and has an explicit understanding of cultural and industry dynamics and executive talent demands in this sector. He has worked with national and international clients in the life sciences area, especially in the MedTech and pharmaceutical industries. His functional expertise covers mainly general management, sales, technical, supply chain and finance roles.

Before joining DHR, Tobias served as a Director for an international boutique and a U.S.-owned global firm in executive search. Prior to that he was in a managerial position for the economic arm of the British Foreign Office, handling international investment projects.

Tobias studied law in Germany and earned a bachelor’s degree in European studies and a master’s degree in international relations from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, U.K. He is fluent in German and English and conversant in Norwegian.
