Tom has led assignments for CEO, CFO, President, Vice President, Director-level and Functional Heads for clients in financial services and banking. He has established himself as a trusted partner to his clients through his consultative approach, strong work ethic and extensive professional network. Gaining an accurate understanding of his clients’ critical success factors and long-term business strategies allows him to apply his operational background and leadership assessment skills to talent acquisition and candidate identification. His primary focus is managing and conducting custom recruiting solutions that are tailored to his clients’ needs.

Prior to joining DHR, Tom was President and Chief Operating Officer of Service Tool International, a privately-held, global manufacturer with sales in over 40 countries. He began his career in sales and worked his way up to becoming President and Chief Operating Officer and a member of the board of directors.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Drake University. He and his wife reside in Winnetka, Illinois and have four children. He serves on the boards of various philanthropic and private companies.
