Mike serves as a Partner in DHR’s Financial Services Practice. His knowledge and experience provide significant value in the evaluation of candidates, ensuring only the best-suited are selected for consideration.

Mike approaches his work with a deep understanding of the financial services and fintech spaces, along with nearly 15 years of executive recruiting experience, which allows him to effectively help clients align their business and talent strategies. He has managed both C-level executive searches and professional-level searches for banks, credit unions and fintech companies across the country.

Prior to joining DHR, Mike served as a Managing Consultant in the Financial Services Practice at a leading global executive search firm. He also founded and led his own boutique executive search firm focused on recruiting across management and executive teams within the financial services and fintech industries. During his 30+ year career, he has held key roles in commercial and retail banking including Commercial Lender and Market President, as well as executive roles with leading bank technology and technology research firms including Bank Consultant, Head of Product Strategy, Client Partner, Relationship Manager and Project Manager. His banking experience ranges from community banks to the largest banks in the U.S. as well as large international banks.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
