Associate Partner

Roy is an Associate Partner in the firm’s Singapore office and a member of the Industrial Practice Group. Roy brings more than 20 years of extensive regional search experience covering the Asia Pacific region, particularly Southeast Asia, China and Australia. As a trusted advisor to companies across diverse sectors in various countries, he can provide insights into future market trends and patterns.

Roy is knowledgeable in multiple industries, leading searches for c-suite, director and manager roles in energy, life science, infrastructure and private equity.

Prior to DHR, Roy was Regional Director of the Industrial Practice for a French talent advisory firm where he managed a team of search consultants. Before joining the executive search industry, he ran a distribution business in the Asia Pacific region for a UK-based company dealing with industrial consumables supporting the aerospace and automotive industries.

Trained as a Mechanical Engineer, Roy is fluent in English, Chinese, Malay and various Asian dialects. In his free time, he volunteers for The Nature Society dedicated to the conservation, study and enjoyment of the natural heritage in Singapore, Malaysia and the surrounding region.
