Prior to joining DHR, Justin worked with multiple search and leadership advisory firms. He is one of the founding members of a firm’s CEO Succession and Assessment Practice, where he executed a multitude of assignments assessing and placing CEOs, board directors and C-suite executives for both private equity and public company clients.
As an assessment expert, Justin started his own company that offered a web-based automated recruitment and staffing management platform, enabling companies to cost-effectively assess existing employees and potential hires.
Justin graduated with honors from Haverford College and received an M.A. in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Claremont Graduate University where he studied under the late Peter Drucker. Justin is the author of Executive Intelligence and Better Under Pressure.
