Gabi Santos Williams

Senior Director, People Operations

Gabi serves as the Senior Director, People Operations and is based in the firm’s global headquarters in Chicago.

In her role, Gabi supports DHR’s internal Global Human Resources and Research operations, focused on implementation of the firm’s mission and talent strategy. She also manages DHR’s Associate team and has responsibility to oversee Jobplex operations, in partnership with the firm’s CEO.

Gabi’s journey with DHR began as an intern in 2014 and soon after, she was brought on as a Research Associate supporting the Consumer, Retail and Industrial Practice Groups. In 2016, she joined the Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Associate focusing on learning and development, internal recruiting and new hire onboarding. In 2017, Gabi was promoted to HR Specialist where she administered the firm’s benefits programs, including the establishment and development of our wellness program. Gabi’s career with DHR came full circle when she re-joined the research team as Director, North America Research in 2019. She was promoted to Senior Director of Global Human Resources in 2022.

Gabi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is fluent in English and Portuguese (BR).
