Adrian Payan is an Associate Partner based in Mexico City Office. With more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and corporate communications he solves talent challenges with an innovative approach by building meaningful partnerships and sustainable methodologies.

His experience as a Talent Consultant includes important projects mainly for the Industrial Practice such as chemical, oil & gas, energy, logistics, manufacturing, construction, and automotive sector. He has managed high-level searches for both corporate headquarters and manufacturing plants.

Adrian began his search career at a global executive search firm, where roles included LATAM Team Leader and Senior Associate. Adrian earned a Bachelors in Administration from Escuela Bancaria y Commercial. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
