Bruce serves as Partner in the Financial Services Practice Group in the firm’s Charleston office. With a strong background in fintech, Bruce brings over 20 years of extensive expertise in executive search, human resources, operations and business development within banking and fintech.

Bruce serves as Partner in the Financial Services Practice Group in the firm’s Charleston office. With a strong background in fintech, Bruce brings over 20 years of extensive expertise in executive search, human resources, operations and business development within banking and fintech. He is known as a collaborative problem solver and has a proven ability to work at all levels of an organization, including C-suite, board of directors, and emerging leader-level roles.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Bruce served as a Managing Consultant, Technology/FinTech at a global organizational consulting firm. He has served in various mid-sized boutique firms, placing talent in industries ranging from digital banking, engineering, professional services and industrial services.

Bruce holds a bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a master’s degree in industrial relations and human resources.
