Vikram Chhachhi is an accomplished leadership and management advisor with over 20 years’ experience in consulting. He serves as Partner in the Retail and Consumer practice groups in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Vikram’s experience is represented across the Board and C-Suite, as well as leaders within strategic business functions such as diversity, finance, legal, regulatory and government affairs, and strategy and transformation. This has led to a wide array of clients, ranging from start-ups and Indian businesses to global organisations.
In Vikram’s prior role, he was a key member of the global Consumer Markets practice at Heidrick & Struggles. His client work spans across the consumer, media, entertainment, digital, consumer technology, retail, private equity portfolios, and sports sectors. Vikram also has substantial experience in working with diversified conglomerates, business houses, and key financial sponsors.
Vikram is especially adept at working with client stakeholders and financial sponsors from the promoter and private investor groups, helping them strategize, structure, and build out their professional management teams. As a trained assessor of leaders, he combines technology-driven, cutting-edge psychometric data with his deep insight to support clients in addressing the core issues related to future leaders: how they will lead and how they will align culturally.
Vikram graduated with a degree in computer science from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, and has an advanced executive accreditation from the Harvard Business School, Cambridge (Massachusetts). He is passionate about sports, music, movies, technology (specifically ML & heuristics), writing, and the outdoors. Vikram lives with his wife and daughter in suburban Mumbai.
