Based in Amsterdam, Frank serves as a Managing Partner in Europe and is a member of the board of directors. His assignments are mostly in the technology, professional services and industrial spaces.
Frank helps companies identify and recruit executives who can successfully manage transformations. He is experienced in placing senior executive positions (CEO, COO and President) and board assignments internationally. He and his team have recruited over 400 successful placements in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining DHR, Frank was a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates responsible for the Automotive Practice based in Chicago. Earlier in his career, he worked predominantly in management consulting focused on industrial markets globally. His clients have included Booz Allen, General Motors, Kleiner Perkins, Honeywell and Tesla. He has led teams on assignments placing the CEOs of Cargolux, Tesla, Tata Automotive, Mark IV and Code 3.
Frank is native Dutch and fluent in English and German with a good understanding of French. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration.
