Philip has expertise in the financial services, food & beverage, technology, industrial & manufacturing and nonprofit sectors. He has experience with private equity, family-owned and publicly traded companies and understands the nuances of recruiting into each of them. He exhibits the highest level of professional service through a consultative approach, strong work ethic and impressive professional network.

Prior to joining DHR in 2009, Philip was a member of the Banking, Finance, Private Equity and Corporate Development Practices at an executive search firm in Singapore. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of a garment trading company in Hong Kong.

Philip is on the board of the World Affairs Council and the advisory board of the Boeing Institute of International Business at the Chaifetz School at St. Louis University, where he is an adjunct instructor. He graduated from Colby College in Maine with a Bachelor of Arts and has a Master of Business Administration from Stern School at New York University.
