Naomi is a Managing Partner with over 20 years of experience in executive search in Japan. She serves the executive recruiting needs of clients in the life science, consumer & retail and advanced technology industries.

Naomi has been effective at helping her clients build strong leadership teams. She has conducted various searches for C-level executives, Presidents and Vice Presidents for companies in all phases of development, from startups to well-established franchises. Her success is founded on her ability to understand the company’s strategic direction, her skill in assessing the cultural fit of the candidates and her dedication to quality and timeliness.

Prior to her career in executive search, Naomi worked with a member of the House of Representatives in Japan, where she was responsible for researching and advising on a wide range of policies. In this capacity, she developed an ability to assess leadership qualities and cultivated her research and analytical skills. She started her career at global hospitality companies with a focus on sales and marketing, which nurtured her ability to manage the launch of new products and services.

Naomi has been featured at client seminars and led workshops on professional women in the workplace and how to achieve a successful work-life balance. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Keio University and is a licensed care worker.
