Connor McKeown

Connor McKeown serves as a Partner at Jobplex and is based out of the firm’s Denver office. He is a member of the Advanced Technology Practice Group. Enabling client’s realization of technology driven goals by identifying and placing impactful leaders across a myriad of positions at software conscious companies.

Connor has more than a decade of experience in advanced technology across product development, engineering management, software consulting, operations, sales and general management. His leadership and in-depth, hands-on technology expertise in modern SaaS businesses gives him insight into the needs of his clients when seeking exceptional talent for the advanced technology sector.

Collaborative and enthusiastic, Connor operates with a sense of urgency for his clients as he acutely understands that technology waits for no one. Throughout his engagements, he identifies candidates that not only fulfill position requirements, but also demonstrate cultural alignment. He dedicates his time and energy to understanding his clients’ cultural dynamic, becoming an extension of their brand throughout the search.

Most recently, Connor served as Head of Product Management at Covered Insurance, a digital insurance marketplace. Prior to that he led multiple software and product development teams at ReadyTalk, a cloud communications provider.

Connor holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is involved with the National Park Service and many nonprofits across the Denver Metro Area. He is also an active member of the Mile High United Way Catalyst Society. He enjoys skiing in Colorado’s backcountry and the state’s world class ski resorts in the winter and hiking or golfing in the summer.
