Prior to joining DHR, Mike served as Managing Director of the Board & CEO Services Practice for a leading global executive search firm and led the firm’s Insurance Practice to industry prominence.
Before entering the executive search industry, Mike served as Chairman, President and CEO of The Cologne Life Reinsurance Company for nearly 10 years, leading it to a six-fold increase in profits and revenues during this period and substantially increasing shareholder value.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Huntington University and holds the FLMI, CLU, and LLIF designations. He has served on numerous nonprofit and corporate boards of directors. Mike is an Independent Board Director for Symmatrics, an industry-leading cybersecurity company.
