Maya Harake

Senior Associate

As a senior associate, Maya has contributed to several leadership consulting and assessment projects across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, with a focus on Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. She is known for delivering outstanding service for both clients and candidates, by understanding their needs and requirements, their cultural and character specificities and most importantly, by building long-lasting relationships.

Prior to DHR, Maya worked with a regionally recognized boutique executive search firm in Beirut. Before shifting into talent advisory, she started her career in the banking sector.

Maya earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis Finance from the American University of Beirut. She is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
