Charlie focuses on the advanced technology, industrial and life science sectors in Taiwan and China. His executive recruitment experiences comprise general management and senior-level functional management positions.

Charlie has been in the executive search profession since 2000. Prior to joining DHR, he was Vice General Manager at Mangayao Consulting Co., Ltd. He led a team to serve multinational companies specializing in semiconductor, information technology, telecommunication and electronics manufacturing.

Previously, Charlie was Director of Amrop Hever Taiwan, serving clients in the firm’s Technology practice. He supported business operations and search execution in China and Taiwan. Before that, Charlie started his search career at a Taiwan-based firm. Over the course of several years, he filled a variety of engineering and management positions for global leaders in the electronic design automation, chip design & manufacturing, consumer electronics and telecommunication industries. During his tenure, he maintained a strong track record with key clients as well as developed the company’s executive search capacity.

Charlie holds a Master of Business Administration in International Management from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles.
