Mike Gagliardi

Mike Gagliardi is a Managing Partner at DHR Global, specializing in the Consumer, Hospitality/Restaurants, and Private Equity Practices. With more than 15 years of executive search experience, he partners with organizations ranging from private equity-backed businesses to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies, focusing on placing commercial leaders in the consumer and commercial services sectors.

Mike recruits C-suite and senior executives across finance, marketing, human resources, operations, sales, and development. His search experience spans businesses at multiple stages, including entrepreneurial startups, portfolio companies, and established global organizations.

Since joining DHR as a Senior Associate in 2016, Mike has built his career within the firm, advancing to Managing Partner through a series of promotions and progressively larger roles. His advancement reflects the practice he’s built, the client relationships he’s developed, and his growing leadership role at DHR.

Before joining DHR, Mike recruited executives in the consumer products industry and led the retail and consumer practice at a global executive search firm. Earlier in his career, he worked for a boutique executive search firm that specialized in the sports, media, and entertainment industries. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston and lives in Mount Pleasant, S.C., with his wife, Kristina, two sons, Nico and Luca, and daughter, Faye. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth sports, playing golf, and fishing.
