Helen Park

Helen serves as a Partner focusing on the life sciences sector and is based in Seoul, Korea. She has established a solid foundation in the Korean market and has successfully delivered numerous critical assignments.

Helen started her career in executive search in 2006 as an Associate. She never compromises in providing optimal talent solutions to her clients. From 2006 to 2011, she delivered numerous executive search assignments across functions and industries and gained a deep understanding of leadership talent needs in various settings and stages.

Since 2012, she has developed her expertise in the life sciences sector, covering pharma/biopharma, biotechnology, medical device, clinical diagnostics, research-based life science and healthcare service.  She is well networked with key leadership talent in the market and has developed her own insights in terms of evolution of industry, organization, market dynamic and talent needs.

Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Office Management with a Business Administration minor from EWHA Women’s University in Seoul, Korea.
