Ed is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Chief Human Resources Practice and is based in Atlanta. He serves his clients with more than 35 years of hands-on, senior-level human resources experience.
Ed Flowers brings more than 35 years of senior-level human resources experience to his clients across all industry sectors. As Managing Partner, Chief Human Resources and Diversity Practices in DHR’s Atlanta office, Ed has helped to grow the firm’s presence across the US. Ed is a member of DHR’s North American Executive Committee, where he helps to create, inform and shape firm strategies and has a voice in guiding the company’s major decisions.
Ed was named Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for Corelle Brands, LLC in 2011. Previously, Ed was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for the publicly traded, $2B Russell Corporation. Ed served as the Global Vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer for Merisant Company and was Global Vice President Human Resources at the $6B Monsanto Agriculture Co.
A native of Greensboro, N.C., Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. He has also completed an executive management program at Wharton School of Business and an executive human resources program at the University of Michigan. Ed currently resides in Atlanta with his wife, daughter and son.
