Luke is a trusted advisor to hiring managers in the financial services, private equity and industrial verticals. His focus in on identifying and recruiting producers in commercial banking and wealth management. He executes search at various levels, including leadership roles and key individual contributors.

Before being promoted to Partner, Luke rose through the ranks as a top performing Associate and Senior Associate. Prior to joining Jobplex, he was a Business Development Manager for Tatum, a financial consulting firm.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from John Carroll University, Boler School of Business. He resides in St. Louis, Mo. with his wife, Kaylie, and their children, Adaline and Luke.
