Kathryn is a proactive search consultant who partners with technology, software and services corporations as well as private equity and venture-backed companies to recruit and place senior executives in new and emerging technology companies in the Bay Area and throughout the U.S. She focuses on CEO, COO, C-suite and VP-level executive leaders with skills in disruptive and innovative technologies such as AI, autonomous vehicles/future mobility, cloud services, cybersecurity, data analytics, healthcare technology, IoT, payments and SaaS. She also has a search specialty in CIO, CISO, Chief Data Officer and information technology executives for leading academic and academic medical institutions.

Kathryn has more than 20 years of experience delivering outstanding executive search results for her clients while working with major global search firms and her own Silicon Valley boutique search firm. Prior to headhunting in Silicon Valley, she worked in software product marketing at Siebel Systems (now Oracle), strategy consulting at Accenture and engineering at GTE (now Verizon) and Motorola.
A passionate advocate for diversity, Kathryn founded a Silicon Valley nonprofit for women in technology and works with clients on increasing diversity in technology. She has a Bachelor of Science cum laude in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration with top honors from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
