Dan partners with public and private sector clients, primarily boards, owners and C-level decision makers, to source top talent and develop high-performing executive teams, recruiting from across Canada and abroad.

Dan has managed executive level search assignments across a broad spectrum of industries including the public sector, industrial sector, financial and professional services, education, technology, and not-for-profit. Dan has successfully relocated dozens of people into Saskatchewan for his clients.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Regina and attended Cornell University to attain his Advanced Certificate of Executive Search & Leadership Consulting. He is active in the community as the Past Chair of the Board of Directors for the United Way, Saskatoon & Area.
