Sponsor sharing is the default for events where attendee lists are provided to sponsors. If you do not want your information included on these lists, you may opt out using our privacy request form.

Opting out of sponsor sharing will not affect your event registration or attendance. You only need to take action if you do not want your information shared.

Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from Hunt Scanlon marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.

Email subscription preferences and event sponsor-sharing preferences are separate. Unsubscribing from Hunt Scanlon marketing emails does not opt you out of sponsor attendee lists, and opting out of sponsor sharing does not unsubscribe you from Hunt Scanlon emails.

We may still send administrative communications related to your account, registrations, or requested services.

Privacy Choices and Requests

To request that your information not be shared with Hunt Scanlon event sponsors, or to submit another privacy-related request, please use our privacy request form.

For a sponsor-sharing opt-out, provide your name and business email address and indicate:

“Do not include my information on event sponsor attendee lists.”
