Alin has over 25 years of experience in executive search in the CEEMEA region, covering a wide range of top-level assignments in the industrial, life sciences, consumer and technology sectors. As a trusted advisor, he successfully helped his clients address their talent needs and developed their leadership to succeed in their respective markets.

Alin entered the executive search business at an early stage of the CEEMEA market (1995) and has been part of its various development phases. During this period, he has accumulated a vast knowledge of the CEEMEA region and experience in placing executives in key roles.
