Jennifer Skylakos

Managing Partner, Sustainable Infrastructure & Energy Funds

Jennifer serves as Managing Partner and Head of the Sustainable Infrastructure and Energy Funds Practice. She is based in New York.

Jennifer started her career as an Attorney Advisor through the Attorney General’s Honors Program at the Department of Justice, and then as an Associate at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP in New York City, specializing in corporate immigration law.

Prior to joining DHR, Jennifer served as a Managing Partner with a boutique consulting firm, where she was Head of Infrastructure and Energy for the Americas. Before that, she was the Manager of Special Events for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, where she helped raise millions of dollars for critically and chronically ill children in the tri-state area.

Jennifer graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations and received her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law with a Certificate of Concentration in Global Law & Practice. She is involved in a variety of missions at Michigan State and is an executive committee member on the New York Board of the Positive Coaching Alliance, whose mission is to transform the youth sports culture into a Development Zone where all youth and high school athletes have a positive, character-building experience that results in better athletes and better people. She lives in Harlem with her husband Carlos and sons Konstantine and Stavros.
