Amara Kea


Amara brings over 20 years of experience in business development and client relationship management with NGO’s, Fortune 500 Companies, international boutique product providers, and national firms. With her diverse experience, she will be supporting growth in a variety of practices, including retail, private equity, and hospitality industries.

Amara is a business partnership specialist with a unique ability to cultivate relationships across a diverse client base. A thoughtful listener and partner, she brings a tailored approach to help each client define objectives and implement strategies to reach their goals.

Prior to joining DHR Global, Amara spent over seven years at an executive search firm specializing in nonprofit and health organizations. She managed and developed hundreds of relationships focusing on developing, servicing and retaining client relationships, while providing an exceptional, collaborative experience building high-performing leadership teams.

Amara holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications and Spanish from University of North Carolina, as well as a graduate degree in gemology from the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, CA.
