Jacob is responsible for leading business development, search execution, client management and candidate assessment for high-potential, next-generation leaders within numerous functional business areas across all industries.

Jacob was previously Vice President of Recruiting and Managing Partner for a boutique executive search firm where he led searches for human resources and executive leaders for some of the nation’s largest and fastest growing companies. He has successfully executed key searches for numerous private equity-backed companies and Fortune 50 organizations in corporate functional areas (finance, HR, IT) and commercially focused areas (sales, marketing).

Jacob seeks to intimately understand his clients’ organizations, their company culture and how each role fits in to achieve organizational goals. Placing leaders from Manager to C-level, he works to determine the best fit for his clients, not only from a competency perspective, but culturally as well.
