Katharina is a Hogan certified consultant specially trained to conduct executive assessments.

Since 2020, Katharina has been assisting senior consultants on executive search assignments, while also leading the executive assessment of candidates. She has a comprehensive understanding of Assessment & Leader Development. As a trusted advisor to numerous clients, Katharina has successfully conducted several assessments for vacant positions.

Katharina’s drive and enthusiasm for the topic of leadership development comes from a high interest in psychological testing and the belief that good leadership is the key to successful teams. In addition to her work, Katharina is currently studying at the FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management and will graduate in September 2022 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economic Psychology.
