Soladé leads the Diversity & Inclusion Practice as a Managing Partner at Jobplex.

In his role, he implements innovative solutions to recruit feeder groups of underrepresented future leaders across sectors.  He also serves as a strategic advisor supporting firm-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives for DHR. Working across the firm’s entire business ecosystem, Soladé’s wealth of cross-industry experience as a talent management and diversity professional have been value adds to DHR’s Leadership Consulting Group, bridging executive search and organizational effectiveness solutions to the firm.

Prior to executive search, he held several management roles in human resources including talent management, diversity & inclusion and talent acquisition. In his last corporate role, he held talent acquisition and performance management responsibilities where he played a key role in the company’s merger-integration and supported the expansion of its e-commerce business. He started his career providing opportunities for disadvantaged black and Hispanic college-bound students in New York City.

Soladé has served as Trustee of Utica College’s board for 16 years and is currently Chair of the Compensation Committee. Previously he was Chair of the Student Life and Educational Experiences Committees. He is a member Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., a historically African American community service organization.

A first generation American from Sierra Leone, Soladé holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Utica College and a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management from The New School for Social Research in New York City. He is also certified in Hogan Leadership Assessments. A native New Yorker, he resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and two sons.
