Andy serves as a Partner at DHR. He is an active member of several industry practice groups and excels at recruiting top executive leaders with strong cultural alignment.
Andy approaches executive search from a comprehensive career background in management consulting across many sectors. Throughout his 30-year career, he has consulted with private/family-owned and publicly traded companies around the world of all sizes on talent needs spanning most functional areas. His clients value his strong communication skills, management consulting and business advisory background and ability to find and assess top executive talent. He has recruited executives in most functional areas and levels.
Prior to joining DHR, Andy served in a variety of management positions with IBM, Ernst & Young and Deloitte. He was also a Co-founder and Managing Partner of an innovative startup distribution business.
Andy studied engineering at Dartmouth College.
