A seasoned capital markets professional with 15 years of experience at leading global investment dealers, coupled with more than a decade of financial services recruitment, Lisa brings a unique depth of knowledge to her role. She focuses exclusively on the recruitment of C-suite and other senior professionals within asset management, investment banking, capital markets, private investments, wealth, and fintech.

Lisa joined DHR Global when her award-winning recruitment firm, exclusively focused on Canadian financial markets, merged into the DHR platform. She brings her reputation as a trusted and responsive client partner, coupled with her prior roles in full-cycle financial markets recruiting. Most recently, she served as Managing Director with a specialty boutique that was dedicated to capital markets search. Previously, Lisa was also a key member of the Financial Services Practice of one of the largest global search firms, where she specialized in executing searches for critical leadership roles.

Lisa has a deep and enduring interest in the complex dynamics of the financial services industry. Her intellectual curiosity in the space drives her high level of diligence and enthusiasm for executive search within the sector.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science (Civil) degree, and an MBA, both from Western University in Ontario, Canada, and is a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng.).
