With more than 30 years of high-tech global Human Resources experience, Kevin Weiss offers insightful understanding of the talent management needs in the aerospace & defense, commercial aviation, telecommunications, and electronic commerce industries.
Prior to entering executive search, he was with L3 Technologies (now L3 Harris) as Vice President and CHRO where he developed a comprehensive talent management strategy centered around a new leadership model, diversity needs and an entrepreneurial business environment. He revamped HRIS talent systems, recruitment strategy, succession planning, executive compensation, as well as leadership assessment and development. He was actively involved in M&A due diligence, integration and divestiture.
Earlier in his career, Kevin served as Senior Director and Business Partner for Rockwell Collins (now Collins Aerospace/Raytheon Technologies) during the post-911 turn-around of the Commercial Systems business. Also, at Rockwell Collins he was Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for five years responsible for filling over 4,000 technical roles a year and leading succession planning. During his high-tech HR career, he has conducted more than 400 executive searches.
Kevin also held various division, segment and corporate HR roles with Rockwell International around the world.
Kevin holds an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX., and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from Cornell in Mount Vernon, IA. where he serves on the Board of Trustees.
