As Managing Partner for the Dallas office, Chris leverages 30+ years of human resources leadership experience and nearly 10 years as a search consultant to solve talent challenges across a broad range of industries and disciplines.
Prior to joining DHR, Chris served as Partner and led the Human Resources Practice at a leading executive search firm. He was most recently Chief Human Resources Officer for AccentCare, a leading private equity-owned post-acute care organization providing the full spectrum of home health, therapy, hospice and personal care services. Over the course of his career, he completed hundreds of executive-level searches while building best-in-class HR functions, shaping high-performing cultures and leading organizational transformations for renowned blue-chip businesses at the top of the Fortune list such as ExxonMobil, Hostess Brands and Centex Homes, as well as private equity-funded, high-growth and turnaround organizations.
Chris has a passion for bringing people and organizations together to change lives and drive game-changing business performance. He is recognized for his exceptional attention to client and candidate care as evidenced by his numerous repeat clients and multiple master service agreements.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations in Human Resource Management from Cornell University. He and his wife reside in Southlake, Texas and enjoy life as doting grandparents, occasionally competent golfers and aspiring oenophiles.
