Chris leverages 30+ years of human resources leadership experience to solve talent challenges across a broad range of industries and disciplines.
Chris serves as managing partner for the Dallas office at DHR International. Prior to joining DHR International, he served as partner and led the Human Resources practice at another firm.
While in industry, Chris was most recently Chief Human Resources Officer for AccentCare, a leading private equity-owned post-acute care organization providing the full spectrum of home health, therapy, hospice, and personal care services. Over the course of his more than 30-year career as a prominent human resources executive, he completed hundreds of executive-level searches while building best-in-class HR functions, shaping high-performing cultures, and leading organizational transformations for renowned blue-chip businesses at the top of the Fortune list such as ExxonMobil, Hostess Brands, and Centex Homes, as well as private equity-funded, high-growth and turnaround organizations.
Chris is passionate about bringing people and organizations together to change lives and drive exceptional business performance and is widely-recognized for his exceptional attention to client and candidate care.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations in Human Resource Management from Cornell University. He and his wife reside in Southlake, Texas and enjoy life as proud empty-nesters.
