Don has conducted numerous senior financial, marketing and general management assignments in the healthcare, industrial, life science and retail sectors, among others, for publicly traded, privately owned and private equity-backed clients.

Before entering the search field as a consultant, Don held several senior executive positions including President and COO of the retained executive search division of Adecco. Previous roles and relevant experiences include CFO, Asia Pacific and WW VP Finance for one of the largest advertising and communications firms in the world. In addition, Don served as an experienced Audit Manager for one of the premier auditing firms in the world.

Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The State University of New York at Albany where he graduated with honors and played varsity volleyball. He has a wife and three children and is an active volunteer in his community.
