Caroline works across developed and emerging markets to support organizations with new venture startups, M&A challenges and team realignments, driven by changing business needs. Her focus is on key accounts across the Life Sciences and Consumer Practice Groups. She is also a member of the APAC Executive Committee.
With extensive experience across the region, Caroline brings broad insights to client search partnerships. In addition to successfully completing search assignments regionally and globally, she has conducted global succession planning analysis for top emerging companies, covering business operations in South America, North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining DHR, Caroline’s professional career was in human resources. She has delivered top executive talent to search clients and with her consultative approach and extensive HR background, has assisted clients in building successful teams. Caroline has helped place executives in functional leadership and general management positions for C-level, as well as senior management roles in public, private, MNC and private equity backed firms.
Currently residing in Hong Kong, Caroline holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Wales and is an accredited practitioner in the use of a wide variety of psychometric and people assessment tools in the areas of hiring, succession planning, psychometric assessment and competency framework development.
